FNRC provides services to developmentally disabled persons (such as Down's syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, etc.) and to persons who have suffered neurological damage before age 18.  Services include assessments, referrals, individual program plans, case management, consultant services, representative payee, limited conservatorship and guardianship, court-ordered evaluations, and preventative services for high risk children and advocacy.
